My Pulse Secure.

Convenience was a priority, but security had to be uncompromising. Juniper employees now have unified access to wired and wired networks, which makes self-service BYOD possible. I run the JuniperSetupClientInstaller. I cannot see anything informative in the event viewer log under system,security or application logs. Some things I have tried from other posts: 1.

I’ve uninstalled my anti-virus software 4. I cannot dind this download on the Juniper website. Could somebody please send me a link to it if you have this? I tried on a friend’s laptop with Windows7 Professional and it works fine.

No issues! Just cannot get it working on my own laptop. Any other suggestions would me massively appreciated! Within a minute I am disconnected again, but this time my wireless connection is also terminated.

For the next two or three minutes I am prompted multiple times for the VPN password. After password prompts the VPN connection then remains stable for hours. It is the oddest thing. It almost certainly has to be a client side issue and I am not convinced it isn’t the driver on this device I am running a Surface Pro Book 2 where I am seeing the issues.

I’ve not found any additional drivers to test. I’m going to be testing on a number of different models in the next couple of weeks to see if the behavior is present on other devices as well.

After entering the gateway address, click the connection toggle button to establish connection manually to the destination system. When the connection is established successfully, the application window minimizes in the task bar. Juniper Secure Connect for windows allows you to add your own logo or branding image. It also allows you to add HTML page for the branding image that would open when you click on the branding area in the Juniper Secure Connect.

The HTML page is optional where you can provide any information you want. You should customise the installation package for branding your client.

Figure 10 is the sample screen, where the customizable branding area is highlighted:. As a system administrator, you can also build your own rollout packages, if required.

Building the rollout packages is an optional step. When you create rollout packages for Juniper Secure Connect application, you can install the application across the organization.

Good evening, Over the last year we have been running Windows 10 and the Pulse Secure client 9. While I have had a few issues here and there it has been mostly stable.

Recently though I put a machine through an upgrade to Windows 10 and immediately began having issues with the client staying connected. Within minutes I would get disconnected from the VPN and would be prompted to re-enter my credentials. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t. In some cases I have to restart the Pulse Secure service or reboot altogether. Thinking that this might be due to a bad upgrade I wiped the machine and performed a clean install of Windows 10 20H2.

The problem continued so I installed the Pulse Secure client 9. I’m looking to do an OS refresh throughout our company, but not while I am facing this issue. Between our normal operations and the additional complications of covid, there is no way I can have our office without a stable VPN solution.
